Meet Tracy Peso
​As Medical Office Assistant at Rise Medical Aesthetics, Tracy is often one of the friendly faces that welcomes patients into the clinic. Known for her warmth, sense of humour, and genuine compassion, she is dedicated to creating a positive experience from the moment patients arrive, helping everyone feel comfortable, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

Working closely with the clinical team, Tracy assists with patient care, appointment coordination, administrative support, and the many behind-the-scenes details that keep the clinic running smoothly. Her ability to connect with people, paired with her calm and organized approach, helps create the welcoming atmosphere that Rise is known for.
A proud mother of two, Tracy brings kindness, empathy, and an infectious positivity to everything she does. Outside of Rise, she owns and operates her own hair studio, where she enjoys helping clients look and feel their best through hairstyling and personalized care. Passionate about giving back, she is also an active volunteer and enjoys being involved in her local community.

Having made Vancouver Island home three years ago after relocating from the Lower Mainland, Tracy has embraced the island lifestyle. When she's not at work, you'll often find her spending time with her family, swimming, fishing, taking in the incredible sunsets, and enjoying everything the island has to offer. She is proud to be part of the Rise team and loves helping patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.
