As Clinical Administrator at Rise Medical Aesthetics, Taylor plays an integral role in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through the door. Often serving as the first point of contact, she is dedicated to ensuring clients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.

Working closely alongside the clinical team, Taylor oversees many aspects of the clinic's daily operations, including patient communications, scheduling, inventory management, marketing initiatives, and special projects. Her ability to balance operational excellence with personalized patient care helps create the seamless experience that Rise is known for.

Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and building meaningful relationships, Taylor believes that exceptional patient care begins with genuine connection. She takes pride in helping clients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for while supporting the continued growth and success of the clinic.

Outside of Rise, Taylor enjoys spending time in her garden, exploring Vancouver Island's beaches and coastal trails, caring for animals, and making the most of everything this beautiful island has to offer.
